Genius Hour 2

Comida alergias poder estar diagnosticar con diferente dieta y diferente prueba. El eliminación dieta es a dieta donde el paciente eliminar una comida dudoso a causa el enfermedad. Por ejemplo un paciente  eliminar huevos de dieta, si el paciente no síntoma entonces huevos es possiblemente que de paciente es alérgico. La semana que viene nosotros somos mira un otro dieta técnica.

Dieta de eliminación


Esta dieta se realiza sólo durante una semana y aporta un promedio de 1.150 calorías diarias. 
~Eliminacion dietas son sílo durante una semana para dieta propositio, pero más largo posible necesito para alergias de comida. 

Esto significa que no se puede tomar más que un tipo de alimento en cada comida. 
~No más que uno comida pueden elimina en uno tiempo.

Pregunta: Que es alergias de comida y que substitucións a dietas son posibles?

Comida alergias son muy común en sociedad hoy. De alergias incluimos cacahuete, leche, huevos, trigo, soja, pesca, y moluscous. Reaccións incluimos dificultad respiración, precison arterial reducia,inflado labio hinchado, y vómito. Gente son usa epinephrine inyector a combata de síntomas de anaphalaxis  pero, médico ayuda es necesario inmediatamenta después de usa. Yo tengo un hermano con alergia de cacahuete . Yo creo recetas y información podía ayudamos en de futuro. Yo quiero busco recetas con substituciós a mira si de ingredientes hace un diferencia en sabor.


Alergia alimentaria


Si usted presenta síntomas poco después de consumir un determinado alimento, es posible que tenga una alergia alimentaria  
~Despues comer un specifio comida y tiene un reaccion, es posible tu tiene un alergia de comida. 

Cuando esto ocurre, el sistemas inmunitario del cuerpo libera sustancias que causan síntomas de alergia alimentaria. 
~Sistema immunitario causa síntomas en sus cuerpo. 

 Los síntomas generalmente comienzan en un lapso dos horas después de comer.
~Síntomas vienemos generalmente de gran rápidez.
